Riverfront in Promenade Park
The Riverfront at Promenade Park is an important mixed development project in Fort Wayne aimed at revitalizing the city's riverfront. This six-story complex includes 228 apartments, seven townhouses and a four-story car park with 913 parking spaces. Located next to the newly constructed Promenade Park along St. Mary's River, the project is a key part of the city's urban transformation. It also contains approximately 2,300 m² of office space and 1,400 m² of retail space, contributing to both Fort Wayne's economic growth and the redevelopment of the riverfront.

Products used
For the Riverfront near Promenade Park project, imi PENETRON added ADMIX SB during the batching phase to treat 5,000 cubic yards of concrete. This treated concrete was used in the retaining walls, foundation slabs, and the outdoor pool to improve durability and water resistance. To ensure a comprehensive waterproofing solution, PENETRON, a surface-applied crystalline waterproofing material, and PENECRETE MORTAR, a crystalline repair mortar, were used to fill and seal the tie holes in the concrete walls, providing additional protection and completing the overall waterproofing system.
