The Edge
The Edge, a high-end office building in Limassol's Yermasoyeia district, was designed by Photiou Architects. The distinctive building with a reflective façade offers 3,300 m² of office space spread over six floors, a roof garden, 88 covered parking spaces and unobstructed views of the city and the surrounding region.
Products used
After the general contractor assessed similar commercial projects in Cyprus and Greece that successfully used PENETRON products, PENETRON ADMIX, a crystalline waterproofing additive, was specified as the concrete waterproofing solution. The additive was added to the concrete mix for all underground structures, including the foundation plate, retaining walls and elevator wells. PENEBAR SW, a swellable waterstop strip, was also used to permanently seal all resulting structural joints.
