The Presidential Residence was built on the banks of the Chirchik River in the village of Baytqorqon, just outside the Uzbek capital Tashkent. The new residence consists of a complex of buildings that covers several hectares. This entire area has been transformed into a lush, green landscape that is watered with an automatic irrigation system.

Products used

PENETRON, an integral crystalline waterproofing material applied to the surface, was prescribed to restore the basement structures of the new residence. Once applied as a slurry to the interior walls of the basement structures, PENETRON penetrates the cracks, microcracks and capillary channels of the concrete.
