It is an excellent example of the stream of innovative architectural projects that have recently been completed in Georgia, particularly for government buildings.

The Turkish construction company managing the project recommended using the integrated Penetron technology to replace the originally specified (5-layer) membrane. The PENETRON crystalline material was applied to the walls (300 m²) of the water reservoirs; PENETRON ADMIX (150 m³) was added to the concrete that was poured for the reservoir foundation.
