The expansion and renovation of Scottsdale's Fashion Square Mall created a luxury wing that houses an impressive list of the world's leading luxury brands, including some of the world's most expensive brands. With this addition, Fashion Square Mall now has nearly two million square feet of retail space, making it one of the largest and most prestigious retail destinations in Arizona.
Products used
PENETRON ADMIX-treated concrete, supplied by Hanson Concrete, was used for the base plates, retening walls, and elevator and escalator wells of the mall's new luxury wing. This treatment provides long-term watertightness and increases the durability of the structure, which is essential for the success of this upscale extension.
