Ferrari E-Building
Ferrari's recently completed E-Building in Maranello is the production site for the brand's first fully electric vehicle. This new electric supercar factory will produce electric motors, inverters, and battery modules for electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid vehicles. The facility also includes an assembly line and a paint shop where a new generation of handmade electric sports cars will be designed.

Easily mixed into approximately 3,000 m³ (3,924 yds³) of concrete during the mixing phase, the active ingredients in PENETRON ADMIX SB react in a catalytic reaction with moisture in fresh concrete to generate an insoluble crystalline structure through the pores and capillary pathways normally present in concrete. This structure permanently seals micro-cracks, pores and capillaries from the penetration of water or liquids from any direction, significantly reducing the permeability of commonly porous and permeable concrete.
