With an area of 4,500 m² (48,450 square feet) and 4 underground and 7 floors above ground, elaborate shotcrete walls were first installed on perimetric secant poles to allow the building to be built. Penetron technology was used to prevent leaks in the shotcrete walls. Penetron crystalline slurry was applied to the entire repaired area as a final coat.
