General Dynamics NASSCO Shipyard
General Dynamics NASSCO in San Diego has been the site for ship design, construction and maintenance since 1960 and is the largest wholly owned shipyard on the West Coast of the United States. U.S. Navy ships, oil tankers, and dry cargo ships for commercial markets can be found in the shipyard's docks, berths, and assembly areas. The shipyard covers 80 acres of land and 46 acres of water and serves as the main maintenance facility for the U.S. Navy's Pacific Fleet.

Products used
Concrete treated with Penetron will be used in the project's four-foot thick slab, which was built to withstand the weight of extraordinarily heavy shipbuilding and maintenance equipment. PENEBAR will be used in particular between the plate and the 2.9 foot thick walls.
