Melrose Minnesota Wastewater Treatment Plant
Located on the banks of the Sauk River and surrounded by the Big and Little Birch Lakes, Lake Sylvia, and more lakes beyond — a landscape typical of Minnesota — Melrose is a city of approximately 4,000 people along the I-94 highway corridor in the middle of the state. Founded in the late 19th century, when the railroad boom reached the area, the city today has a vibrant center, a K-12 public school system (and private schools), a modern hospital and medical center, and even a historical society.

Products used
“PENETRON ADMIX SB was chosen over a number of competing additions that were rated as the best product to improve the impermeability of concrete and extend the life of the expanded facility in Melrose,” adds Christopher Chen. “The easy dosing with soluble bags and technical support throughout the project also helped influence Penetron's decision.”
