Despite the high water level in this part of Batumi, the use of Penetron technology enabled the architects — thanks to a proposal from PENETRON Georgia — to move the 1,800 m² (19,000 square foot) car park from the ground floor to an underground floor. The floor level currently available has been transformed into retail space.
Products used
Approximately 1,500 m³ (1,960 cubic yards) of concrete was treated with PENETRON ADMIX to improve impermeability; PENECRETE MORTAR was used to close 300 m (985 ft) of cracks.
