Golden Square City
Located along the Mediterranean Sea in Benghazi, the Golden Square City development is being built in four phases. The first phase of construction, due to be completed in February 2024, covers an area of 210,000 m² and consists of the Podium, a six-story office building (4,000 m²) with retail on the ground floor, and an adjacent two-story hypermarket (8,000 m²) with additional space for smaller stores.
